Carolinas Dentist Elevate Challenge
All Teams!! Let’s Elevate our Invisalign game by using our new, amazing iTero technology and all of our tools from the Box of Success from Dr. Ataii’s training. We want to celebrate our success monthly and really celebrate this Fall on a Carnival Cruise Ship!! So let’s meet and exceed the below targets!!
Goals: Fayetteville–minimum 48 Invisalign starts over May, June, July, August
Southern Pines–minimum 40 Invisalign starts over May, June, July,August
Raeford–minimum 40 Invisalign starts over May, June, July, August
Spring Lake–minimum 40 Invisalign starts over May, June, July, August
Fuquay-Varina–minimum 32 Invisalign starts over May, June, July, August
The practice that meets the above goal wins and if there is more than one that meets the goal, the practice that exceeds the goal by the most starts will be deemed the winner.
In addition to the grand prize, each office has an opportunity to be rewarded $1000 each month if you meet your office monthly goal (total starts listed above divided by 4).
Measurement: Invisalign starts per month as tracked by Align and reported by your Invisa-leaders on CEO and ChooseElevate.com (don’t forget to register on ChooseElevate.com!!!).
Conditions: Each qualifying case must be a minimum of $4,900 to qualify towards the goal with a minimum 50% cash downpayment if using an insurance benefit. One Team Member case and one Express 10 case can qualify towards the monthly goal.
Cruise Details: Let’s celebrate on a 4-day, Carnival Bahamas cruise out of Charleston, SC! Pam Norman Travel has already quoted out a group package to make it possible for $350. All FT team members are eligible.
For obvious reasons, Carolinas Dentist cannot sanction an event like this, so please understand that attendance is purely voluntary and is in no way a job requirement. Any team members that are unable to attend will receive a $350 cash payout. Commitments to the cruise (or similar) are required in writing to Josey 45-days prior to the departure, and appropriate office coverage arrangements will be necessary. Of course, you must be employed at the time of the event to participate in any payout.
